App for anesthesiologists, designed to streamline the fee calculation process. With a 4.6 rating on the App Store, the project was selected for the largest innovation acceleration program in Latin America, reaching over 1,000 downloads in its first year.

UX Research

A mixed-methods approach — combining behavioral and attitudinal research — guides strategy across the product lifecycle. Usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and focus groups help uncover user preferences and behavioral patterns.

Customer & Market Insights

Qualitative and quantitative research to identify user segments, build personas, and craft user stories. Insights are synthesized into clear reports that guide product opportunities, feature prioritization, and market fit alignment.

Product Design (UX/UI)

Scalable digital experiences are crafted through user flows, wireframes, UI design, and design systems. Using Figma or Webflow, interfaces are prototyped and implemented efficiently, including when development resources are limited—supporting agile, iterative product delivery.
